For items made-to-order, please allow 3–4 weeks for production.​

Within Spain, shipping is free. For all other international destinations, a flat shipping fee of €20 applies.

 

Prices within the European Union are shown in euros and include 21% Spanish VAT.

For orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes, import duties, or charges upon delivery.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, refusal to pay duties, or lack of response, the customer remains responsible for any return or re-shipping costs.

RETURNS

All returns must be authorised by us before sending the product back.

We do not accept returns for sale items or made-to-order pieces. For other products, we allow returns within 14 days from purchase.

​

Items must be in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging with its tags.

You'll be responsible for the return transport costs.

​

The refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the item. 

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
