For items made-to-order, please allow 3-4 weeks for production.

Items will be shipped within four days of placing your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Your order may be subject to customs taxes, import duties and charges payable by the customer.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at carmenperaita@info.com

All returns must be authorised by us before sending the product back.

We do not accept returns for sale items or made-to-order pieces. For other products, we allow returns within 14 days from purchase.

Items must be in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging with its tags.

You'll be responsible for the return transport costs.

​

The refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the item. 

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
